DUPR is a pickleball SaaS startup that saw rapid expansion over the last year. Company offerings include the most accurate rating system in the sport, a consumer facing web & native app, club & event management software, and in house events. 
DUPR partners with organizations across the globe that exclusively adopt their rating system. Clients range in scale from casual Facebook groups to luxury country clubs to specialized sports complexes and professional tours

I was brought on to DUPR with the primary objectives of growing social media presence, expanding brand awareness, and increasing user recruitment.

Blog Content
We used the blog extensively to build SEO through value driven content. We released weekly updates illustrating Top pro rankings lists and periodic updates of fun one off lists such as, "Top Players by Region," "Top Players by Age," and, "Biggest Amateur Movers." 
We also used the blog to create landing pages for new programs and events.
Webinars
I organized two educational webinars to engage and educate our customers, featuring the CEO, Founder, & Data Scientist as presenters and a popular culturally relevant influencer as the moderator. Between the two streams we received over 300 user submitted questions and 2.5k views. The recordings are still utilized as a sales tool for prospective clients and an educational resource for partners. 
Case Studies
​​​​​​​I created highly visual client case studies to illustrate the impact a DUPR partnership can have. These are used extensively as a sales tool for prospective clients. 
B2B Marketing - Partner Activation
I developed a 4 week program consisting of templated emails to customize and deploy out to each new partner. The objective here was to get all of a clubs members rated on the platform. Each email contained a variety of print & digital educational resources as well as promotional materials for the partners to utilize. Since pickleball players are a predominantly older demographic and DUPR is most useful to the competitive player, we knew that not every member of every club would be willing to register, so our internal goal was 75% of members registered and rated.
Through this program, we achieved an average of 80% user recruitment per club.​​​​​​​
